Christmas is a magical time of the year to photograph a wedding. It is also popular, as India and John’s wedding was one of three I was invited to shoot during this seasonal holiday. I was particularly looking forward to visiting West Sussex and this South Lodge Horsham Wedding. You may also get inspiration from this Cotswolds Christmas Wedding.
Perfect Wedding Venue
The Sussex Downs provides a dramatic backdrop for a wedding photographer in winter and South Lodge is located in the heart of this beautiful countryside. This 5-star wedding venue belongs to the Exclusive hotel chain and is perfect for a wedding ceremony at any time of the year. Set within 93 acres of parkland, you will find rare striking displays of rhododendrons during spring and plenty of vibrant colours in the autumn to set a theme for your wedding day. In wintertime, however, expect candlelit wedding receptions and roaring log fires at South Lodge which all adds to the atmosphere of romance when there is a chill in the air.
