Weddings in rolling countryside ooze oodles of character and charm and can look amazing when the venue is decorated! There is usually plenty of outdoor space for drinks and canapes. From fantastic reception decorations, homemade favours, great wedding signage and unique table plans, the venue always looks brilliant when it’s full of homemade features.
Venue Accommodation
One thing is guaranteed! Countryside weddings have plenty of personality and each one is unique. Choose a venue with original wooden beams and large windows flooding the barn with natural light, (a wedding photographer’s dream by the way), and you will have hit the jackpot! You will also find that these venues usually have good accommodation facilities. If you choose to hold your marriage ceremony, as well as the wedding breakfast, at the venue, then you can make the most of every moment of your day, saving on travel time between locations.
Bridal Prep at Barn Weddings
Many barn wedding venues will also provide areas for those all-important bridal preparations your wedding photographer will want to capture. There’s usually plenty of space for bride and bridesmaids to get ready and your venue can also be that special, memorable place for your first night as a married couple.
