I was again asked to shoot a wedding at the beautiful 10th century St.Mary the Virgin Church in beautiful Iffley Village, just a couple of miles from Oxford city centre. Wedding photographers love this building for its gorgeous stained glass windows and magnificent arched doorways in carved stone.
A favourite wedding reception venue following an Oxfordshire church wedding is, quite often, the grand Milton Hill House just a few miles away, near Abingdon. Standing in 22 acres of wooded parkland, and as it was October, I knew this would give me a great opportunity to make the most of the stunning autumn colours. The trees were just starting to turn from green to bronze and gold. As I drove through the gates, I felt lucky Danielle and Jamie had chosen Milton Hill House for their celebrations.
